Many of the factors that make our courses ideal in a business environment are also applicable in public sector organisations. They are all aimed at helping people perform more effectively at a cognitive level and this is just as important for organisations in the public sector as the private. Further, because certain public sector organisations will have a public interest brief or a client sector who may be in need of some training and development themselves, a commitment to helping people develop their cognitive skills is likely to be of value in reaching those goals.
In the charitable sector, our approaches are applicable to situations where new ideas might be vital, where a change of approach might be necessary or where conflict between parties may be an issue. For example, training in creative thinking would help with the development of new ideas and new solutions to problems; developing analytical, strategic and communication skills would be useful factors for those charities concerned with campaigning on political issues.
For those charities involved with helping people who live chaotic lives, it will be obvious that helping their clients develop their cognitive skills will have nothing but a positive impact.
